Auto-preview and Show named verses

Two switches at the top of Suggestions make the app do more on its own.

1. 1

Auto-preview: the newest suggestion goes straight into Preview. You still press Enter to show it.

2. 2

Show named verses: verses the preacher clearly names go straight on screen without Enter. It is off unless you switch it on. Leave it off unless you trust it for your preacher.
